Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to one of our events! We’re so excited to have you join us.
Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

Cancellations by Attendees

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
    However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 72 hours before the event.

  • If you contact us less than 72 hours before the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate a transfer, but we can’t guarantee it.

Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, all registered attendees will be offered the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit to attend a future event of equal value.

No-Shows

  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for no-shows, as event spaces, materials, and instructors are booked in advance.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens! If you experience an emergency (medical, travel, etc.), please reach out to us at [your email] as soon as possible. We’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
